The National Statistic Institute and the Shumen Regional Statistic Office would like to introduce to the attention of the users of statistical information the electronic publication Statistical Review of Shumen District 2009 (in Bulgarian only) on a CD.
The issue contains statistical data on the demographic, economic and social development of Shumen District for the 2005 - 2007. Published are also some indicators for 2008.
The data is aggregated on a district and municipality level by economic activity groupings and kind of ownership.
The published information is mainly from surveys, included in National Program for Statistical Surveys conducted by the National Statistical Institute as well as other Ministries and institutions which are bodies of statistics.
The Statistical Review of Shumen District 2009 is divided thematically in chapters preceded by methodological notes.
The publication is addressed to a wide range of users - public and local administration, business circles, scientists, lecturers, students from schools and universities, as well as to the general public.
